Windows 10 Even though I have added many folders to Quick Access, Win 10 pulls the scroll down to show me "This PC" Section!

Even though I have added many folders to Quick Access, for quick access of course, Win 10 pulls the scroll down to show me always to show me "This PC" Section! And I need to scroll up again to view the Folders which are at the beginning of the Quick Access!
