Windows 11 Event ID 28 disconnecting USB devices

I've been encountering problems with USB devices disconnecting for the last few weeks, can range from once/twice a day to every hourWhenever it happens, USBs devices (in specific USB slots, seemingly only ones connected to the chipset) will disconnect briefly, then after 10-15 seconds, will reconnectI have tried almost every suggestion such as moving them around, a Microsoft agent has gone through my PC to update drivers, updated Chipset, update BIOS, updated Windows, disabled Memory integrity, reinstalled GPU drivers, repaired system files (SFC + DISM) and Windows memory testOnly thing I have
