Windows 11 Event log kicking out Kernel-General Event ID 16 on a regular basis - Dell says its a microsoft error.

Hi Really Smart People -I purchased a new dell win11 laptop in March 2023 and it's been crashing, freezing and generally running like doggie poopie. I did a reinstall of Win11 with no improvement and upgraded to Pro - again without results. I've been on with Dell 7 times and they tell me they have run every diagnostic at their disposal (try not to laugh) - and came to the conclusion it's software - and told me that they have no responsibility to fix it.
