Ever since "upgrading" to Windows 11, we have had unending problems with our purchased Office 2019 product. It seems as if the product now is available to my wife, but not to me. We purchased this computer in 2019 and purchased the Office 2019 product at the same time from Staples. It all worked fine until this Fall when I decided to install Windows 11. What a mistake! I have been on with Microsoft Help twice over this problem. My last attempt was with using the SaRA tool, which I used to totally remove Office from the computer.
