Windows 11 Every game i play freezes or crashes after a few minutes

this started for year now when i play a game for like 5-10 minutes but when i check task manger cpu is not 100 and the same of all i need to reboot the laptopPc specs:Processor i3 1005Graphics Card intel UHD Graphicsram 16GBSSD WDC WD10PZX-60Z10TO
