Windows 11 Every time I update my computer to Windows 11 nothing works

Every time I’ve updated to windows 11 none of the programs will open. There will be a spinning circle by the cursor for a minute and then nothing. I’ve had to reset my computer every time. Now my computer isn’t letting me reset and I’m getting this error code, 0xc0000225. Please keep in mind while giving me advice for this that literally nothing opens or reacts on my computer. I’ll load it up, put in my pin and then nothing opens.
