Windows 11 Every time we restart it prompts for the BitLocker key. How do we stop this from happening?

We have a new Lenovo IdeaPad (purchased July 2024). Every time we restart and occasionally when in sleep mode it prompts for the BitLocker key. How do we stop this from happening?
