Windows 11 Everything in Windows looks blurry when refresh rate is changed to 120hz on 4k TV

Hello!I've just got a 4k TV with 120hz support. When I change the refresh rate to 120 hz everything turns blurry like texts and so on. I have hdmi 2.1 cable and RTX 4070 so they aren't the problem. What can I do?Thank you for helping!
