Windows 10 Everything on my computer is in english except for certain menu descriptions (among other things) that is is in another language all of a sudden.

I cannot upload files for some reason... But basically, even though I purged any and all languages that isn't the queen's language, I still get Malay as the name for some menus. For example, instead of "add or remove programs" when I click the magnifying glass search icon on the bottom left, I get "tambah atau hapus program". But when I click on it, everything else is in english, it's just the name that isn't in english. Everything that has a setting is set to US english. My region and all. This issue only started on random day, after an update that my gut has been telling me to delay.
