Windows 11 Everytime I open Anything Related to Roblox (Except Roblox Studio) My Computer Starts to Freeze and Crashes

Whenever I open Anything Related to Roblox (Except Roblox Studio) My Computer Starts to Freeze and Crash. It gives me the "Sorry Your Computer Ran into some problems" Blue Screen. This started July 3rd I believe when I was trying to Watch Netflix on my Windows 11, Other Games were bugging too like Rec Room (I made another Forum for Rec Room) I do not know what is happening I have deleted Roblox and Tried to Reinstall but the Roblox Installer Does the Same.
