Windows 10 everytime my laptop turns off, everything is deleted or go back to the way it used to

I noticed that every time I turn off my laptop then turn back on, the stuff I did like changing my wallpaper, deleting pictures, logging into a new profile in chrome, does not save. After I turn it back on, my wallpaper went back to the way it used to, the deleted pictures and files also came back. I noticed my laptop kept resetting for the past days too out of nowhere but eventually stopped today. I don’t know what’s wrong with my laptop, how do I stop this from happening? I’ve tried resetting it 4 times, still the problem stays.
