Windows 10 Evolve III windows laptop is not starting up & say “preparing automatic repair” then shuts off . This process lasts about 15secs and I have no clue on

Evolve III windows laptop is not starting up.I press the power button and it shows the logo ( Evolve III) then it starts to say “preparing automatic repair” then shuts off . This process lasts about 15secs and I have no clue on how to take the battery out
