Windows 11 .exe file with random characters as name randomly appeared in C: directory, does anyone know what it is?

I've recently found a file called "5lCNw8x5Q.exe" in my C: folder, which was apparently created on 18th may. I checked it on virustotal VirusTotal and two things that were of note to me were the fact that it said one of the signatures were revoked, and there were other submissions with similar random names.
