Windows 11 Explorer crashing when holding shift + right click on apps in taskbar.

There are certain apps that I must run as a different user and I have them pinned to my taskbar. When I hold shift on my keyboard and right click, the menu comes up but then Explorer crashes. I am on Windows 11 version 22H2 OS build 22621.3880 from a MS Surface 4.
