Windows 11 explorer.exe crashes after ending session of League of Legends game (WIN11)

Every time I close League of legends no matter if I have the game in Fullscreen or Borderless/windowed.... doesn't matter if I Click OK (on Victory/Defeated) or I use alt+F4 it makes my windows go numb for like 30seconds. Then I checked event viewer and what I found coppied below. Anyone here who can help me? I also clean reinstalled Win11 twice.
