Explorer.exe seems to undergo soft reboots one or two times a day. Despite these reboots, the computer continues to run, and I typically don't lose any of my work. To provide more detail, whenever I'm working on something, the system begins to lag significantly and occasionally freezes. Shortly after, desktop icons, the taskbar, the file explorer, and some applications vanish. Almost immediately, they usually reappear, with many programs remaining open and unaffected throughout this process. However, every once in a while, it doesn't restart on its own.
