On a fresh install of Windows 11 Pro on an Intel B560 system running a 10850k paired with an Nvidia 1080 Ti, Windows Explorer still seems to be experiencing a "bug" that causes explorer to launch a separate process every so often that ramps up my CPU fan and puts my CPU under about a 20-30% load.
