Windows 11 Explorer.exe not working. 0xc000007b Application Error. Windows 11

Greetings,When I start my Windows 11 and login, my screen is black with only cursor. I know this is because explorer.exe won't start for some reason. When I try to start it from Task Manager it gives me explorer.exe 0xc000007b application error. I have tried everything to fix this but it just won't get fixed. I can do everything from Task Manager, even run games with no problem, but I really don't want to reset my whole pc because i have a lot of important data on my computer that would be gone. Also explorer.exe wont start even in safe mode..Any help is appreciated.
