Windows 11 EXPLORER.EXE POPUP KEEP POPPING UP. HOW CAN I GET RID OF IT?

Every time I start my HP computer with Windows 11 22H2 it throws out this popup. I have a 64-bit system and it seems this is for a 32-bit system. How come is it popping up and how can I get rid of it? This happened after updating Windows 11 to 22H2. It is really so frustrating. Please can someone assist me. Feels if this is a real black Friday HP Intel Core i3 laptop! I added a screenshot.
