Windows 11 Explorer extremely slow navigating in cloud-synced folders

Windows Explorer takes exactly three spinning wheel breaks before executing the requested action whenever I click or double-click any file or folder within a cloud-synchronized directory structure (OneDrive for Business, synced SharePoint directory, even Dropbox).Navigating in the left panel with the favorites does not show this delay, nor does the file selector of an arbitrary application.Windows 11 Pro, 21H2, Build 22000.708.Any ideas?
