Windows 10 Explorer "server threw an exception" error when trying to open certain files - Windows problem or drive problem?

Hello! Looking for some help...When I try to access some files on an SSD, Explorer.exe returns a "Server threw an exception" error. In the files' properties, there's a " \\?\ " before the drive letter in the path. This is a storage drive that's separate from the system drive. Both are SSDs.I've run chdksk /f /r at startup on both drives, but the problem continues. SMART shows no problems with the storage drive, and maybe some with the system drive: the C: drive's reallocated sector count and uncorrectable error counts are 100 (though the raw values are 0)..Could this be a physical error with t
