Windows 11 Explorer shows value in jpg date taken field but jpg does not have date taken value

Hi,I'm currently working with saved files from Snapchat which does not add any metadata (date/location/etc.) to the jpg files and usually when i look up the date taken (by adding the column) in explorer i can see which files do not have a value here. However, now for some reason a date taken value is shown in the column even though the file does not have a date value.
