Windows 10 Exporting iPhone photo file properties from file explorer to Excel

I am in the process of cleaning up more than 11,000 photos on my iPhone. To do this I connected to my Win 10 machine and accessed the file folders of which there are more than 20 folders. The task would be simple if the folders were in date order. Unfortunately the photos seem to be in almost random order. To create some order out of this chaos, I would like to export the folder and file info (name, date, size, etc) to an excel file so that I can sort the files and correlate them to the file dates on my phone and then move, delete or keep the files as appropriate. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Simple approaches such as copy and paste don't work and none of the YouTube videos on the topic seem to work.
