Windows 11 Extremely loud high pitched noise/squeak when noise starts playing in earphones

When I use my earphones during normal computer use, sometimes when a notification plays, or when a game/video starts making sound, an extremely loud and high pitched noise plays for an instant. It doesn't happen all the time, however it has started to happen again recently and continuously. The squeak is not affected by the volume of the computer. It appears to be connected to the High Definition Audio Driver when it is installed to Realtek(R) audio. When I attempt to find another driver through windows update, none exist.
