I bought a Asus Zenbook UX425EA with 11generation intel i5 processor in Nov, 2020. Have been facing system freezes and blue screen error dpc watchdog violation.
Went to the authorised service centre and they replaced motherboard, but post motherboard replacement the system reboot when idle. And also the same day i get the dpc watchdog violation error. I dont understand why this error keeps resurfacing even after the motherboard is replaced.
When i use third party application like bluescreen view it showed details like ntoskrnl.exe.
Since it is a 3 months old laptop its very disappointing to have an unsolvable issue. Could sombody help with this please?
