Windows 10 Factory reset gone wrong

I started a system factory reset on my PC, I had Windows 10 previously... After a long time of reset my and showing installing windows my PC got blank. For hours nothing change I tried shutting it down but when I reboot it's still shows blank with nothing on the screen... Just the caplock key blinking and the F12 key blinking...Please what is the solution to this or how can I get my PC back to normal?
