Windows 10 Factory reset to get rid of Trojan virus.

After I found a Trojan virus on my computer I decided to factory reset my pc. I did a clean all apps and files and decided to download from the cloud just in case the virus was in my system files. After it cleaned 100% of my pc it went to reinstall windows and then this message appeared , "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click 'OK' to restart the computer, and then restart the installation."
