Windows 11 Fail to install windows update KB5041872.

When I try to update from the setting the download will stuck when it has 8% completed, and the Windows Modules Installer Worker will takes fall the CPU resource which makes the system unusable. But, I have gone though the task manager and found that none of the Processes is receiving data from the network.Several measures has been taken but none of it works, including:1. Stop the windows update service and clean the downloaded files. ×2. Download the update directly form Microsoft and install it manually. × (The process will stuck at " Copying files to the windows updates caches…)3. Reinst
