Windows 11 Fail to login to all microsoft accounts on my windows 11 (except for on google chrome)

So I am currently in China as a student. I usually need a proper VPN to connect to Google so that I can resume my studies. However, I am facing a problem where I cannot log in to any Microsoft account (windows Microsoft account, onenote account, office accounts, etc.). Could it be caused by the VPN?For example, the error code I get while trying to log into OneNote is 0x80190001, However, when I try to log in to outlook on google chrome, it does work.The system is Windows 11. I am using the VPN named Bitznet.What could be the cause of this? And how can I fix it?Thank you!
