Windows 11 Failed to enumerate contents in the container. Access is denied.

I have an external drive that I can't open. It just tells me "access denied" when I'm trying to open it. There are files on this drive that I want to access, but I can't.I've tried to change the ownership through the advanced securities options from the properties tab. I've tried to change it to my user (which is the only one on my PC), I've tried changing it to everyone, but every time there's some part of the drive that keeps telling me "Failed to enumerate contents in the container. Access is denied."I have a backup of the drive in the cloud, but really I don't want to format the drive, and
