I'm on Windows 10 version 1909 (18363.1082) trying to update to version 2004 and getting the error 0xC1900101 - 0x40017
The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during BOOT operation.
I have ran SFC and chkdsk, and didn't see any issue.
If I tried to install fresh, it ran without any issue either.
I have uninstalled Kaspersky AV, disable the ethernet adapter, tried to update Graphics adapter and audio device (but didn't get any newer driver)
I tried the update from the windows update settings, that failed twice, and now no longer appears.
I tried windows media creation tool and created an iso file and updated using that image.
All returning the same error code.
