Hello,I have a Lenovo Ideapad 310 that got stuck on an update from 2019,once the update was downloaded i would let it install but the installation stayed ongoing for 3 days straight then it proceeded to attempt to restart (i don't recall if that happened or if i manually shut it down),and ever since then the laptop would not let me shut down or restart without attempting to install the download forcing me to put it to sleep,which seems to have let the pc slow down and now it is stuck on an indefinite loop of booting up,showing the lenovo logo,going to the next screen saying 'getting windows re
