Windows 11 Failed windows update KB4023057 - no internet, sound, unable to complete install or uninstall recent update

Hi All,I recently installed an update on 5/9/23 (KB4023057)As well as, two updates on the 10/5/23 (malicious software removal tool - KB890830, and security intelligence update -KB2267602).I am unable to confirm if this is the update that has bricked my computer as I recently attempted to install an update and each time I turn off or restart, it says that I still need to 'update and restart' (on the shut down and restart buttons)As a result the bottom right toggle arrow and menu (with sound, wifi, etc) is non-existent. I cannot find any recent threads or videos documenting this issue.I get an e
