Windows 11 Failure to activate Windows 11 pro (Parallels)

Hi, as per the topic I switched from Win10Pro (Parallels) to Win11Pro (Arm). I did this step successfully the first time, but not the second time (new install) so i need to purchase another license that I already have.. Could you help me?
