I updated to the 2023-09 Windows 11 Cumulative Update and now my AMD computer cannot boot into BIOS, Windows, and none of my peripherals power on. The motherboard code it is stuck on during startup is 17 and on restart it is 46.When I installed the update, it successfully did so and I chose the "Install and Restart" option to finalize it. After it rebooted and I entered Windows, I went back into the power options and chose "Update and Shutdown". The computer tried restarting and I heard my UPC click. Now it is stuck on the aforementioned codes during startup. How do I fix this?
