Current windows version 1703 ( build 15063.786) . Motherboard Asus P8Z68V Gen3, 16GB memory, C drive has free space ( +200GB). Other drives plenty of space ( from 300GB to 800GB).
Computer joined to samba domain ( I've been using linux server at before general public had heard of linux).
SFC and DISM finds no errors. Tested with
1) normal update method,
2) update assistant
3) with installation media downloaded from Microsoft directly ( many posts have the download link to help normal users).
Virus protection is Microsoft , not 3rd party. Nothing fancy installed.
When updating with downloaded image I can see error code 0x8007001F - 0x3000D, installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase during MIGRATE_DATA operation.
In the Panther directories is diagerr.xml file which reveals that something is wrong ( but what it does not tell)

The computer was originally Windows 7 Ultimate, upgraded to Windows 10 without errors.
Anybody has real knowledge what is wrong ? Or even good ideas what to check next ?
All Panther logs are available, I copied them to another drive for easy browsing.
( I've upgraded many other windows 10 computers at home successfully, I'm professional programmer, already over 30 years) .
