Windows 11 Family Safety Problem

So there's a problem with Family Safety and my child's account.So on the child's computer his account has administrator on and I can't get it off. Now this wasn't that much of a problem until...He accidentally unlinked his account from the PC but on his Microsoft account site it says it's still connected.Now I can't view his location nor see what apps he used and lock the PC, but I can only lock the PC from the family safety site, but in the insights it says: Something isn't working on our end. Wait a bit, then try here again.TraceID: UyTfJcI6PUS7UZ7Q.18.328Please help what's wrong.
