Windows 11 Family Tree Maker 2019 installed on new Windows 11 is just not working properly

I have a new laptop with Windows 11 and since I installed Family Tree Maker 2019 , the app is just not working as it had previously. Even with the latest update 24.2.1, every time I go to my desktop to open up the app, it says FTM.exe do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device. Firstly, if I installed the FTM app should it still display FTM. Exe on my desktop? And second, did I not complete some process when I installed the program, that it keeps asking me this question every time , even when I click yes to this question every time?
