Windows 11 FamilySafetyMonitor deleted off task scheduler, Family Safety stopped recording usage time.

My son deleted the FamilySafetyMonitor from task scheduler. I tried to reinstall and resetup Family Safety on his laptop, but that did not restore the FamilySafetyMonitor in task scheduler. Then I try to manually add it back in the task scheduler (WPCmon.exe, not sure if I did it correctly), but the Family Safety is still not recording his usage time at all, and I can't lock his device. How can I fix this?
