Windows 10 Fan working very fast(making lots of noise) in some applications after BIOS update

ok, so I decided to do some updates my laptop was suggesting in the Support Assistant of HP, as well as the Windows10 updates.. .....I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0xxx Here are some info about my laptop: Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor The updates I did were the following: here are the windows updates:and I got this as well (which I have no idea what it is):^^What is this?
