Windows 10 Fans at high speed after 2021-08 update .NET Framework 3.5 & 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 (KB5004331)

Hello, Windows is asking me to install the update 2021-08 for net Framework 3.5 & 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64 (KB5004331), which I did. Right after the update was done, I could notice the fans of my laptop would run constantly (which never did in the past) and that my mostly silent laptop -one of the features I appreciate the most about it- was not silent anymore. I've decided then to uninstall the update, and now my computer is silent again, working as it used to work, that is to say → fine. This is telling me the update is the absolute and only culprit for making the fans go
