in trying to play an online game everquest 2, keep getting the below error:everquest II has detected an unrecoverable error and must shutdown.<verify>G:\life\eq2\framework\core\devices\directx9renderdevice.cpp (6418):direct X (error)have tried going through their help department, and have done all the requested updates, but still get the same error related to the direct X issue.
