Windows 11 Feature Request: Remove or Redirect "microsoft-edge://" Protocol in Windows Search and Widgets

Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere; I wasn't able to locate an appropriate thread.I am a heavy Windows user (multiple desktops and laptops), but also a total Googler. I rely on Chrome and Chrome Apps for a lot of the work I do. Google is my default search engine and Chrome is my default browser. I do use Chromebooks, but Windows is my default OS because I'm a heavy Adobe Suite user as well.I find it especially irritating that Microsoft has updated Win 10/11 to make it impossible to bypass Edge for Chrome when performing searches on my desktop.
