Updates work perfectly on our 64bit laptops, but our 32bit desktop (years-old work pc with tons installed) keeps failing to get 1803 installed and rolls back to 1709.
Its an AMD Phenom X4 965 with 4GB, a 230GB Samsung 840 Pro and an ATI Radeon HD6400.
I'm running KIS 19 on all pcs.
I tried tons of suggestions months ago (repeatedly) but finally deferred updates, waiting for the next big one...
So its playing the same old tune again now, so I've deferred updates again.
Here is the content of the latest 'setupdiagresults.log' - can someone please help through the next step (please).
