Windows 11 Feedback regarding recovery TXT found on Windows installer USB | Is it Windows Creation tool corrupted or? Happen to Win 10 and Win 11 installer.

Dear Microsoft, I have notice this strange issue when I try to install a clean install of either Windows 10 or Windows 11. That there is a Recovery TXT meaning chkdsk have detected file corruption on the USB media itself. I assume it could be a Thumbdrive issue so I try to use Diskpart than format the drive. However the same thing happen that a Recovery.TXT will appear after Windows is install. So I use a brand new Thumbdrive which I also use Diskpart to format the drive. The same thing happen that a recovery.TXT will happen on the USB installer. Can anyone help me understand what is the probl
