Alright,Where to begin,I noticed my windows updates were failing posting this error code Download error - 0x800703f1. So I looked up how to troubleshoot it and and they said to a sfc /scannow in cmd. Running that command gave me "Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.
