I'm currently using windows Home edition windows 11 23H2 and I keep running into issues with file explorer. I've done several things to correct it and it works for a bit and slowly the issue seems to keep happening. Eventually the images will not respond and it doesn't show the contents as thumbnails and then at other times it's like the system lags when I go to move files I've downloaded to my google drive. I've tried using the home version and I've even switched to this pc. I've cleared and restored defaults and I even ran the sfc scan recommended to fix the issue. I'm at the point of losing
