Windows 10 File explorer freezes when I right or left click any file, some apps don't work, and updates can't install

I am using an Asus Tuf f15 laptop 16gbWhenever I right or left click any file in file explorer, the loading icon appears next to the cursor and doesn't go away, and the file explorer window freezes until I close it. I tried updating Windows 10, but it gives me this error message (0x80070643), I tried to fix it using the .Net frame repair tool, but it says "The tool is unable to resolve the installation issue on your computer" These are the logs it shows after:C:\Windows\windowsupdate.logC:\Windows\logs\cbs\cbs.logC:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\FixDotNet.logC:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\
