Windows 11 File explorer issues in Windows 11 (Map Network Drive missing)

Is there a way to restore File Explorer? Mine seems to have several issues in Win 11:1) Under the ribbon, there are two buttons with three dots: one next to the View button, and one all the way to the right. The one on the right doesn't do anything: if i click on it the mouse spins for a little bit, then stops. The other one does bring up the context menu2) when i am at My PC, the context menu is the same as elsewhere. It is not showing "Map Network Drive" // I really need this to work.3) What should be called Quick Access on the left panel, is called Home with a little house icon.4) This Home
