Windows 11 File Explorer Ribbon / Menu Missing

As you can see from the inserted picture, the tab, and menu or ribbon do not show on File Explorer. This is an intermittent issue, and sometimes clears up if I close and restart File Explorer, and sometimes I have to restart the computer.I have done a clean reinstall of Windows 11 Pro, and it is still happening.Any thoughts on how to diagnose and possibly fix this?To be honest, it looks to me like another Win11 bug. Is there a way I can report it to MS with a screenshot?
